Program Structure
Tech4Her@NAWEM consists of approximately 200 hours of online training, coaching, mentoring and graphic design assistance provided over a 10-month period. You will work on your online business during the entire program period and implement what you have discovered from your learning.
Online Training sessions are 3.5 hours each/ 2 times per week during weekdays:
Phase 1: Concepts & Basics
Dates: 1 Sep to 13 Oct 2020
Phase 2: Own Business Focus
Dates: 15 Oct to 8 Dec 2020
Phase 3: Deep Dive
Dates: 7 Jan to 30 Jun 2021
Graduation: 24 July 2021
Trainees will be guided & supported through this journey with coaching & mentoring:
Coaching

2 Sessions with Finance, Marketing & Operations experts

Dates: 5 April to 31 July 2021
Trainees will be provided with individual assistance by design & graphic students in developing online marketing materials, website and other assets.
Dates: Jan to June 2021
The first year web site hosting fees are included in the program.
